Colour Matching

If you require a colour match, please send clear photographs of your hair in natural daylight, including:

  • A photo from the back
  • A photo of your mid-lengths and ends
  • Inspiration photos (if available)

Our recommendations are based on the images provided. Due to variations in lighting and screen settings, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match.


Order Enquiries

If you are contacting us regarding an existing order, please quote your order number in all correspondence.

As all Haus of Hair extensions are handcrafted to order, production typically takes 7–10 working days before dispatch.


Faults & Returns

If you believe your order is faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and before the hair has been fitted, washed, coloured, cut or otherwise altered.

Please include clear photographs to help us assess your enquiry.
