How long will my order take?

As the majority of our extensions are bespoke and made to order, please allow 7–10 working days for production before your order is dispatched.

Many orders are completed sooner; however, during busy periods, production may take the full stated timeframe.


How long do Haus of Hair extensions last?

With professional fitting, regular maintenance and the correct aftercare, our 100% Remy Human Hair Extensions typically last 12–24 months, and often longer.


Are your extensions made from real human hair?

Yes.

All Haus of Hair extensions are made using premium 100% Remy Human Hair, with the cuticle kept intact and aligned to help reduce tangling and maintain a soft, natural finish.


What does Double Drawn mean?

Double Drawn hair is carefully selected so that shorter hairs are removed, creating thickness from the root all the way to the ends.

This results in a fuller, more luxurious finish.


Can I colour my extensions?

Our extensions are made from genuine human hair and can be professionally coloured.

However, we do not recommend bleaching or lightening the hair, as this may permanently affect its quality.

Any colouring is carried out entirely at the customer’s own risk.


How do I choose my shade?

We offer a complimentary bespoke colour matching service.

Simply send us clear photographs of your hair taken in natural daylight, and we’ll recommend the closest shade or create a bespoke blend where required.


Can I return my extensions?

Yes, provided they remain:

  • Completely unused
  • In their original packaging
  • With all security ties and hygiene seals fully intact

Extensions that have been fitted, brushed, washed, coloured, cut or altered cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes.

Unused extensions that meet our return conditions may be exchanged, subject to stock availability.


Do you offer refunds on bespoke orders?

As many of our products are bespoke and made specifically to your chosen colour, length or method, they cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has begun unless they are faulty or not as described.


Can I fit the extensions myself?

For the best results, we strongly recommend professional application by a qualified extension specialist.

Incorrect fitting or removal may damage both your natural hair and your extensions.


How often do extensions need maintenance?

Maintenance is recommended every 6–10 weeks, depending on your extension method and hair growth.

Regular maintenance helps protect your natural hair and keeps your extensions looking their best.


How should I wash my extensions?

We recommend:

  • Sulphate-free shampoo
  • Sulphate-free conditioner
  • Washing 1–3 times per week
  • Brushing before washing
  • Avoiding conditioner on attachment points
  • Always drying the attachment area thoroughly


Can I use heat styling tools?

Yes.

As with your natural hair, always use a heat protection spray and avoid excessive temperatures.

Never apply direct heat to tapes, bonds or attachment points.


Can I swim with my extensions?

Yes.

However, we recommend tying your hair back before swimming and rinsing it immediately afterwards.

Prolonged exposure to chlorine and salt water may reduce the lifespan of your extensions.


Do you ship across the UK?

Yes.

We offer UK-wide delivery using trusted courier services.

Tracking details will be provided where applicable once your order has been dispatched.


Do you offer Klarna or Clearpay?

Yes.

We offer both Klarna and Clearpay, allowing you to spread the cost of your purchase.

Availability is subject to the provider’s approval and terms.


Can I book an appointment?

Absolutely.

Haus of Hair operates as a private, appointment-only salon in Bradford, West Yorkshire.

Appointments must be booked in advance.
