Shipping Policy
Shipping Information
At Haus of Hair, every order is carefully prepared with precision, care and attention to detail. As many of our extensions are bespoke and made to order, please read our Shipping Policy before placing your order.
Processing Times
The majority of our hair extensions are bespoke and handcrafted to your chosen colour, length and method.
Please allow 7–10 working days for your order to be professionally prepared before dispatch.
Whilst many orders are completed sooner, processing times may occasionally be extended during busy periods, promotional events, public holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.
Order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email confirming dispatch along with your tracking information where applicable.
Delivery
We use trusted UK courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and securely.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and begin once your order has been dispatched.
Whilst we always aim for prompt delivery, Haus of Hair cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
Delivery Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery details are correct before completing their purchase.
Haus of Hair cannot accept responsibility for parcels delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery or failure to collect the parcel, additional postage charges will apply before the order can be resent.
Tracking Your Order
Where available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided when your order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and contacting the courier directly regarding delivery arrangements where necessary.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier.
If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Haus of Hair will assist you in raising an investigation with the courier where appropriate. Refunds or replacement orders will only be considered once the courier’s investigation has been completed.
Failed Deliveries
If your parcel is returned to Haus of Hair due to:
- An incorrect delivery address
- Failure to collect the parcel
- Refused delivery
- Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts
The customer will be responsible for any additional postage costs required to resend the order.
Shipping Delays
Although every effort is made to dispatch orders within our advertised timescales, Haus of Hair cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Courier delays
- Severe weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Industrial action
- Customs delays
- Supplier disruptions
- Technical issues
- Events beyond our reasonable control
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be amended or cancelled before production has commenced.
As many of our products are bespoke and made specifically to order, once production has begun we are unable to amend, cancel or refund your order unless required under UK consumer law.
