Placing an Order
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
You also confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase.
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Haus of Hair reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where fraud is suspected, payment cannot be authorised, stock is unavailable or an obvious pricing error has occurred.
Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be received in full before production or dispatch of your order.
Bespoke Products
Many of our products are made specifically to your chosen colour, length or extension method.
Once production has commenced, bespoke orders cannot be cancelled, amended or refunded unless the product is faulty, not as described, or you have rights under applicable consumer law.
Product Information
As our extensions are made from 100% Remy Human Hair, slight variations in colour, tone, texture and thickness may naturally occur.
Product images are intended as a guide only. Colours may vary depending on lighting conditions and individual device screens.
These natural variations do not constitute a manufacturing fault.
Professional Application
Haus of Hair strongly recommends that all extensions are professionally fitted and removed by a qualified extension specialist.
We cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from:
- Incorrect fitting
- Incorrect removal
- Poor maintenance
- Chemical treatments
- Bleaching
- Excessive heat styling
- Failure to follow our aftercare guidance
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Haus of Hair shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the purchase, fitting or use of our products.
Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the purchase price of the product supplied.
